By creating an account or using Neither ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Neither is operated by the Neither team ("we", "us", "our").

## The Service

Neither is a management intelligence platform that connects to your documents, emails, and messages to help you organize projects, track decisions, and act on information. We provide AI-powered analysis of the content you import into your workspace.

## Your Account

- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service through your account without authorization.

## Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you import into or create within Neither. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security; interfere with other users; reverse-engineer or extract source code; or resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

## Third-Party Integrations

Neither connects to third-party services through OAuth and API integrations. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

## Service Availability

We aim to keep Neither available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

## Limitation of Liability

Neither is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

## Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

## Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account.
