What counts as a memory read?: Each time an agent or client fetches context from your workspace graph through the Context API or MCP counts as one read. Reads are cheap — we keep generous daily caps so agents can stay in the habit.
What's a contributor vs a reader on Team?: Contributors connect sources and push context — they count toward your Team bill. Readers and agents consume context without connecting sources and stay free.
What happens when the connector trial ends on Free?: Your synced data stays readable in Neither. Live sync pauses until you upgrade to Pro or reconnect on a paid plan — nothing is deleted.
How does the annual discount and founding offer work?: Pro and Max offer lower annual rates. Founding members (first 500) get 30% off annual Pro or Max, locked for two years while the subscription stays active.
What does fair-use mean for unlimited reads?: Max and Team include unlimited memory reads for normal agent and team usage. Automated scraping or abusive polling may be rate-limited — we will always tell you before hard-blocking.
Can I self-host or bring my own LLM keys?: BYOK and self-host options are on the roadmap for Platform and Enterprise. Contact us if you need them today.
Can I cancel or get a refund?: Yes — cancel anytime from the billing portal. Refunds follow WayForPay and our packaging policy; refunded payments revert entitlements to Free.
How are taxes handled?: VAT and local taxes are calculated by WayForPay at checkout based on the merchant account configuration for the approved seller entity.
Do you offer regional pricing?: Yes — when a Ukraine (UAH) catalog SKU is configured, /pricing can show that amount. Checkout uses the country you select; USD remains the default if a regional SKU is missing.
